Jake Moore v George Thompson:  Jake took off like a steam train winning the first three holes but then George roused and by the end of the seventh the match was all square. The eightieth was halved and Jake took the next to turn one up.  George squared the match on the next when Jake missed a short putt for the halve. The next was halved and then when Jake from the middle of the fairway found the front bunker George took advantage and the hole to go one up. Jake lost his ball on the thirteenth but made a great up and down on the par three fourteenth to remain two down.  The next was halved and then Jake took advantage of some poor play from George on the Sixteenth to pull it back to one but a missed par putt on the next saw George become the Henderson Champion with a fine 2&1 win.

Jacob Tidswell v Jake Moore:  A fine match by two evenly matched players but after the turn Jake turned up the heat and ran out a comfortable win 4&3.

Tom Kollberg v George Thompson:  A very tight match that had no player taking the initiative.  A great up and down on the sixteenth by Tom pulled it around and by eighteen they were back all level and heading for the nineteenth which proved good for George who sunk his putt to win by one.

Mannie Wellman v George Thompson:  Two great stroke play rounds  got Mannie into the Match Play and whilst he took the early advantage he was pegged back by George who finally won 3&2.

Tom Kollberg v Ollie Griffiths:  Great to see Ollie qualifying for the Match Play phase but found it tough going playing Tom losing by 6&5.

Sam Trott v Jake Moore: A very close match with Jake winning on the Nineteenth.

Jacob Tidswell v Drew Baldry:  A 3&2 win to Jacob.
