Race to Ferndown Positions

Round Four

Sunday 26 March 20176 - Somerley GC

We were at Somerley Park for the final round and we were well looked after by the members who came out to look after the youngsters around the course.  So on with the sun out shining brightly the youngsters got going in their quest to ensure a place at Ferndown next week end.  Parkstones Toby Boyde had the best round of the day with a fine 40 points one clear of Broadstone's Will Walker on 39.  Jack Kerslake Weymouth was on 37 securing his place at Ferndown as did Connor Moore on 35.    A great days golf and our thanks to all who helped it run so smoothly.

Round Three

Sunday 26 February 2017 - Canford School GC

On a cold and blustery day the third round of the Alliss Young Masters got under way at Canford School.  The course and greens were in great condition for the time of year but with the wind and soft fairways it was tough to score.  The spoils went to Oliver Griffiths from Sherborne who had a great 37 points as did Parkstone’s Jenson Bull.  The ever consistent Jake Read Ferndown Forest was third with 36 points one ahead of Broadstones Oscar Thomas on 35. So we go to Somerley next month with it wide open as to who will make the finals at Ferndown in April.
