Dorset County Golf Union President, Peter O'Brien congratulated all the players on a well contested Championship and thanked Crane Valley Golf Club for hosting the event. The course was magnificent and all players and spectators were effusive in their praise for the hard work by Course Manager, Andy Clark, and his team. Lee James, speaking on behalf of the players, stated that the greens at Crane Valley were as good as any he had played at any course this year. County Secretary, Sean Whelan, was delighted with the event and thanked Hoburne Head of Golf, James Slade and everyone from Crane Valley for their support, unwavering enthusiasm and the impeccable level of detail provided both on and off the course.
