In the last of the league matches Dorset had to beat their opponents Somerset to catch Devon at the top of the league. After a hard fought contest it was not to be. Both teams shared the points in the morning and again in the afternoon. That leaves Devon one point clear at the top and they can only be caught now by Cornwall who have to play Somerset.
