After a vigorous winter coaching programme the Under 14 team kicked off the season with a friendly at The Ashley Wood GC. The foursomes again proved to be difficult for the Dorset Boys and only Ben Small and George Davis both from Parkstone managing to secure a half point in the morning. The afternoon singles was even more disappointing with only George Seed Lyme Regis and George Carroll DG&CC managing to secure wins. The weekend caught up with Ben Small and all the other matches whilst tight got away a lesson learnt. Congratulations to Wiltshire on a fine victory and our boys must now pick themselves up for Friday when they take on Hampshire.
