After the disappointment of Hampshire the boys got a bit of a talking to about upping their game and coming out the traps in a positive manner against Wiltshire. The match was played at West Wilts which is another course where course management is so important.

The morning foursomes saw some close matches but it was Wiltshire who came out 1 point ahead.

The singles didn’t get off to a great start in the afternoon and as the lead group hit the 13th hole only a couple of our matches were going our way. However a fantastic fight back saw us turn most of the games around. We won the singles 6-4 meaning an overall win by 1 point!

Josh Brook was the star of the show closing out his match on the 17th green in front of a decent crowd to win the match.
