Dorset County

We welcomed Devon to Came Down Golf Club on a lovely sunny and slightly breezy morning on the 10th August.
The morning foursomes had some erratic golf at times from both teams as they seemed to struggle with the greens, but at lunch we had a 3-1 lead .

The singles, on paper did favor Dorset and so it proved, but Devon fought hard with most games going to 17 and 18, the top 2 won well but the following 6 had hard games.

Special note to Harv Randall who seemed to be struggling every time I saw him suddenly turned a 2 hole disadvantage to a 2&1 win with in a matter of 4 holes.

Dorset won 9½ - 2½ to record their second win with just Somerset to go as they try to retain the Ben Enoch Trophy.
