The day started positively at Remedy Oak with the foursome’s pairings looking in confident mood. All matches stayed very close throughout. Rhys and Jacob were pleased to scrape their point after the visitors 3 putted the last green. Alex and Sam made one of the best up and downs of the season to win their point on the last. Aiden and Tom didn’t fair so well so it was a 2-1 lead after the morning.
The singles didn’t start very well with most of our boys going really struggling early on, in fact things didn’t get much better with our first 2 matches losing. Jacob put in another storming singles performance with a 6 & 4 win. It would come down to the matches concerning Aiden, who would go onto win and Alex who unfortunately lost down the last.
