Dorset started their league campaign against Somerset at Ashley Wood Golf Club. Following our great win against Hampshire the boys teed off high in confidence. Although the first pairing struggled the boys managed a very respectable 3-1 foursomes victory.
The afternoon went pretty much all our way, some of the golf played by our boys was superb. The Somerset side is a strong one so to come in winning 7 of the 8 singles matches was a great effort.
Now onto Wiltshire who we only drew with last year. Playing at Remedy Oak you would hope we have the advantage…..we shall see.
