                               JUNIOR ORDER OF MERIT

Billy-Joe Bugden Broadstone retained the Junior OOM for 2011 with a second place in the Knighton Heath Junior open which was delayed due to the rain on the first try.

Qualifying Events for 2012:

• 27 Oct 2011: Ashley Wood Junior Open
• 2011/2012: Henderson competition Stroke  Play final positions.
• 06 June: First round of the Boys Championship.  With  the top 12 final positions of the Championship awarded double  points.
• 07 June: Parkstone Junior Open.
• 01 July: Yeovil Junior Open.
• 15 July: Weymouth Junior Open.
• 04 August: Lyme Regis Junior Open.
• 07 August: Highcliffe Junior Open.
• 21 August: Broadstone Junior Open.

Junior OOM Conditions of Entry

• Boys are to be under 18 on the 1st January 2012.
• The top 12 positions in each event irrespective of who fills the position to be awarded points on the following scale 15,12,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1  In the case where away players are in these places points will not awarded.
• The total aggregated points determine position in the OOM table.  (players are not restricted in the number of events they can enter)
• Prizes will be awarded to the top three places with the winner receiving the Ian Clark Shield.
• The players who finish in the top 6 of the 2012 OOM and will be under 18 on the 1st January 2013 will be part of the Junior Squad and will receive coaching as part of the programme. 
• Tied postions will be placed in order by a count back on the 36 hole stroke play scores of the  County Boys Championship.
