A somewhat disappointing result in our home match against Hampshire at Broadstone on a wet and windy day. We fielded a good side but Hampshire were much stronger in the top half taking the first five matches. Our middle order held their own with 3 fine wins and a halved game with the opponents taking the last to round off their victory 6.5 - 3.5
Our next outing will be at Tiverton after our County Seniors Championship at Rushmore in the England Golf Seniors County Qualifier. As Captain I hope we havea repeat of last year with some good perfomances from all the team.
