Juniors v Crane Valley GC Sunday 23 March 2008

Match Result:  Dorset Boys 2  Crane Valley 3

The match was very good and played in a good spirit. The boys gave a few shots, but it was no excuse. There were some very good individual performances. The best was with the first pair Lloyd Walton and John Milne, who won 9/7 against a strong Crane Valley pair. When the match finished on the 11th the boys were 7 under gross, both having 4 birdies each.  Rob Cunningham and Harry Mitchell played some very good golf. Clinton Norris and Dan Hannaford had problems with putting. Billy Joe Bugden was is normal self and just battled on, but it is a good learning curve for him. He just requires distance, and that will come.

Overall a very good day, and well looked after by Crane Valley.
